what a perversion of what is a good way for companies to join the conversation. how typical that they choose the least appropriate way of contacting people who made negative comments about them. Calling or email them is bound to creep people out. Why not use the same way as other users. @comcastcares didn't have any of these problems, as he was transparently one of the users and an individual behind the username. Another reason to not believe that companies will change in any significant way without some serious shock to their system.
