		<description>Unbelievable though it may seem it is possible to implement stuff that works.

1.  Define the process
2. Ask the people in the process what they need to make it better (they know this)
3.  Let them implement it (they will do this as they know it will work)

Requires a step of faith from management as outcome is unknown but usually better.</description>
