Oooo .. nice
I foresee endless hours of stoned/drunk fun. I imagine that this item will be sold in head shops as much as it will be sold in geek techno-emporia.

This is based on a system microsoft labs have been working on called Touch Light.
The idea is straight out of Sci-fi with ability to manipulate objects and light by touching or just simply being close to the screen. The screen is actually tansparent and will have two cameras mounted behind it so when you conference with someone in real time – they and you will actually (and finally) look directly into each others eyes (ahhh sweet). The screens will also be able to immediatley scan any object or document placed against it.
The idea is that one day you will have one of these on the wall like a real time window looking in to your other office anywhere in the world bringing virtual teams that much closer together.

Since the begining of the concept there have been many items that have come to the market because of it – this being one of them.
The light systems that are being developed are really out of this world as the belief is that future of the products will require a very high interactive graphic design use

Ah yes, I saw that on channel 9. Screaming red light telling you a build is broken, when you can dismiss it with a flick of the wrist. Joy.
But santa only comes to good girls
