FT reports that a passenger subjected to a flasher on the New York subway snapped him with her camera phone. She passed the picture to the police and also posted it on the internet. More than 45,000 people are thought to have viewed the image, which she hopes will lead to his capture.
The respectable papers asks:
…will he be charged with 45,000 counts?

I read it was some restaraunt owner, and he was caught.
I think when drivers do this to bad drivers, especially tailgaters, driving will get a lot better.
But a LOT less privacy is coming…
