Since I returned from the picturesque New York, I have been plagued with a lurgy lurgi and mountains of work waiting for me here. But I am back and strength permitting, perhaps even with a vengeance.
There is much to tell and I hope to do so sooner rather than later.

Adriana,
Sorry to hear of your illness, but I feel that I should correct your mis-spelling of the most famous illness ever to have been invented on the radio! I refer of course to the LURGI, which was ‘discovered’ by Neddie Seagoon, one of the heroes of the all-time favourite BBC radio series “The Goon Show”! Shortly after it’s discovery, the ‘Lurgi’ entered the every-day language of our nation, despite it’s being descended from the name of the German inventor of the coal-oil-gas process!

Thanks, Mike. I have always wondered about that. And I love the Goon Show!

Adriana, be careful – you may be catching the dreaded British sense of humour!
