I don't think the hippo is podcasting just yet... :-)

I thought it was a pretty good programme, but I was obviously desperate to hear the conversation develop and continue.

And that is obviously a good thing.

Ain't it grand that we have blogs to enable that?

I particularly enjoyed the dynamic between the PR/marketing/consultants and the business bloggers themselves.

How I long for the day when nobody bats an eyelid about the ubiquity of blogs and its enabling technology.

I've never known such a kerfuffle about talking about talking.

Hugh:

If you despair at at Tom's name being misspelt, then you ought to consider what it's like having been regularly addressed as Woodlouse and Woodmouse by all and sundry. I've been receiving correspondance from one particular source for the past 20 years that has yet to get my name right.

And now, Shitehouse.

Dennis:

It'd be most interesting to see the conversation again as a podcast, or a lot 'looser'.

But, for me, everybody came across extremely well and because of that so did the subject matter.

If it's managed to spark some interest in certain quarters, then that interest can be satiated once they delve a little deeper.

Just give blogging a bit of airtime to open a window and I'm sure we can all take care of the rest.

Do you know the date of when it airs? I remember when they interviewed Tom.

[cough] It's Mahon, not Marne.

Heh. Tightly choreographed questions. Bless!

Paul, I think they should have flown you to the studio here at least. :-)

I am sure you'd be erudite, eloquent and engaging.. phew long words and aliteration. Blimey.

As for business blogging - well, people tell me things are shifting, but I am yet to see well defined 'shift'. But I do know what you mean, there are more people interested in blogging and willing to explore what blogs can do for them. On the whole when people bite, the projects are far more interesting than just straightforward blog building.

So, I guess, the answer is yes. :-)

If they willing to pick you up in a car they could've surely flown me over.

I mean, what on earth is the license fee for?

But then I would've felt a certain amount of pressure to be more erudite, eloquent and engaging than usual. I'm only just cultivating my pregnant pauses.

I'll make sure I have a listen next week.

Are you sensing a shift in business blog momentum yet?
