Some seriously matured red was enjoyed by all! 1983 really was different from most of the normally drunk wines, which taste young next to this grandad. It blossomed after some time in the open, which is recommended as the initial aroma was kerosene, strawberry and blackcurrent with the first eventually mellowing into more blackcurrenty aroma.
